We will review your policy and ask you questions about your diagnosis to ensure that your medial condition meets the definition. For a life policy we will advise you of the documents required for the claim. We will provide you with a quote for our services and advise if other professional services are required such as medial reports or legal reviews.

Once we have agreed to the terms of business we will contact the insurance provider and notify them of your claim and we will be the contact person. We will complete the forms and advise you of the paperwork required to be completed ad
submitted by your GP, specialist, or Executor of the estate.

We will provide fortnightly updates on where your claim is at.

We will be available to answer your questions along the way.

Once we have your claim approved the funds will be paid to your nominated bank account and we will send you an invoice for our services. 

Once the funds are received and you have paid our fees.  Your case will be closed.
