A Client  of ours was injured at work, as a result of the injury it triggered underlying health conditions that resulted in them not being able to return to work.  An application was submitted and after 12 months of waiting the claim was denied.  The client was disheartened and felt completely hopeless.  They took advantage of the Personal Insurance Claims (PIC) complimentary meeting and initial assessment, PIC said they could see a way to make the claim and where the error was.  PIC took authority over the claim, resubmitted the claim and fought for the client after 8 weeks the full claim of $80,000 was paid into the client’s bank account.

A client was terminally ill and had missed the premium payments, the sadly passed away before the premium payments could be made up.  They went to submit a life insurance claim to be told that the policy was not paid and therefore not in force, so they did not have the insurance.  The policy was for $1.2M, the client tried to argue with the insurance company but to no success for over a year.  The insurance company was determined not to pay the policy.  PIC assessed the claim and due to past experience saw a solution that would compel the insurance company to pay the premium after 6 months of engaging PIC the full policy was paid to the clients surviving spouse and they could pay off all the debts and live without financial stress.  

A client had a policy inside their industry super fund.  They had been trying to claim the cover for 6 or more months, their claim was denied.  The client felt depressed, like giving up and that it was all too hard and hopeless.  They met with PIC who conducted a complimentary initial assessment, PIC took over the claim and fought with the insurance company and the Super fund on the client’s behalf.  The client received the full policy of $300,000 paid into their bank account just in time for Christmas.
